Many believe that in order to enter this industry, you need to be "somebody". In order to be this "somebody", some will put aside who they genuinely are and embody a fake persona. I am not simply "somebody"; I am James Methven. I am proud of who I am. I am proud of my strong personality and staying true to the beliefs I carry. it’s my values, morals, and how I was raised that make me who I am. I was taught growing up that a strong work ethic and being passionate towards the things you care for is what makes you who you are. I showcase these values in my everyday life and intend to develop them throughout my career.

Have you heard of Daily Double J 12-3 weekdays? Well, I am one of the J's on Daily Double J as well as a proud member of the Waves 96.1 production team. I am interested in production, producing and voice. I know how to do the slidely buttons, twiddle the sticks and use my voice to do the talky show. But share an interest in all areas as I see everything as an opportunity to learn and grow. My strong work ethic drives me to aim high and be efficient and effective. My ability to quickly adjust to new situations and eagerness to learn new skills allows me to thrive in a dynamic workspace.
